Grand Valley Irrigation will be shut off on September 2nd. Fines will be imposed for use after September 3rd. There is a good chance the water will be back on in 2 to 3 weeks. There are upstream water rights that take priority over Grand Valley users. There is not enough water to fulfill demand. Grand Valley will be reimbursed in water if there is rain and water provisions rise in the canal. Ravenna homeowners are encouraged to use domestic water to water shrubs and trees around their homes.

What is an Irrigation Emergency & Whom do I contact?

Irrigation Emergencies are uncontrolled breaks if left unchecked will result in damage to property. If you can slow or shut off a water break using your service valve, it is not an emergency.
