There are several concerns to be addressed

Before the irrigation system is on and functioning. Bookcliff Gardens will repair the auxiliary pump and troubleshoot the system before water to homeowners is turned on.

As of April 28, 2026 the irrigation water is on and tested.

The Board reminds homeowners to take personal responsibility for private gardens and drip systems.
